I have been trying to get a refund for almost a year now., They told me the same thing that I should contact my bank and let them help me get my money back. What am I supposed to tell my bank, "ell yes I did make the purchase, but Im getting the run around about a refund..." " well there is nothing we can do untill they contact us and We can't call them, so You mabey out of Luck"..... Oh great Now I see that they have erased my account. Ok today I got an email stating that If I wanted a refund it might take up to 50 days, " You mean on top of the nearly a Year since you took my money?" Yes please have patieints. Oh Cripes, I have had more patients from this company, then any other company II've ever dealt with. Now they say that I can log back in and select another lazer, and they will provide expidited shipping to help end this unfortunate occurance. Oh so now there telling me that I can use that money to buy a different lazer,, something they said they couldn't do 3 months ago, but they still havn't sent me a new pass word so I can get back into my account and see If indeed my money is still there saying PENDING, .....Pending what, untill you think your custormer has forgotten about it? I get sick just talking about, the experience. I have purchased 2 other lazers from this site and with the exception of beeing way out of bounds of when they said it would be here I've always gotten them.... I dont think I can recomend their site to my friends as I would not wish and experience like this on anyone!!!! |

It was easy to order form the website, but the communication is limited. They do not even send confirmation emails. When I read the negative reviews, I assumed that I would never get my lazer. However, it arrived and it is a great little laser. It took 4 weeks to arrive, but I expected that long comming from China. I wanted to buy again from them, but their website is down today... |

I bought some LED light bulbs and waited almost 3 weeks before getting suspicious. I sent an email and they told me that the product was discontinued and they would refund my money. 2 weeks later still no refund. Emailed again and they apologized and said they were having trouble with they system and a refund would come soon. 2 more weeks went by and still no refund. Now they say that I will have to contact my credit card company to get the refund because their system won't process a refund. Huh? It's only $32 so I am not too freaked out but this web site is a total scam. AVOID AT ALL COST! |
