Using a 50's tune will lure you to order the garbage.

They hold your money to make interest off it, All BAD reviews are true, shipping will cost you to return, claims they never received it at the dock, but if you shipped it back with certification, they have no choice, again that costs more money to you, the they waited 30 days after return before they reimbursed my money.

Disappointed that a USA company is producing garbage and acting like this. DO NOT BUY!!!

On a positive note, I'm Going to build another company that makes pillows and comforters in minutes, on the spot, you pick and try, you buy, and walk out happy. Quality material!!!

Follow-up on my first complaint on 4-25: They have continued to harass me, unsolicited, by phone, and today also emailed me at an address I don't share with anyone. They've continued to be rude and hang up on me. Guys, they are using classic carney tactics and treating you like rubes, so don't fall for it. The owner wears a huge cross to subliminally infer that he cares and is honest, but he is neither. They are taking advantage of tired people late at night who may truly be suffering from treatable issues a pillow couldn't possibly ameliorate. Some say their pillow has cheap filling that lumps, does not stay cool, and does not retain the shape you pat it into. Some impartial lab studies say the foam they use can be toxic. Their testimonies on infomercials are only anecdotal, skewed and not statistically significant. Some customers have complained of sleazy business tactics such as delaying a replacement shipment until it is too late for the guarantee/warranty; making charges on credit cards that weren't authorized; making the customer pay the shipping to return pillows (one guy said he had to pay 73 dollars to return, whereas the company only paid 9 to ship to him). Mike The Salesman seems to infer that his pillow is a miraculous panacea for sleep disturbances... but pillows won't help if you have conditions such as sleep apnea, asthma, diabetes, obesity, depression, anxiety, ambient noise, alcoholism, side effects of medications, chronic pain from fibromyalgia, arthritis, acute injury, lupus, or certain psychiatric diagnoses, gastroesophageal reflux pain, or symptoms that interfere with sleep that could even possibly be oncologic in nature.... and these are just a few examples. It could even delay you going to a specialist who really can help. The pillow can't cure anything. All it can do is empty your wallet and fill theirs. There have been some recent studies that say if something is expensive, people place more value in it, and I would suggest that some folks might think that these pillows must be fabulous just because of their exhorbitant price... but they're just overpriced. They're trying to con you when you are most vulnerable, late at night or when you are suffering. And as others have said here... it's a shame he's using the "buy American" tactic when his product doesn't represent our best and finest products or ethics. P.T. Barnum said "there's a sucker born every minute." Don't become one. Go to a local store if you need pillows, such as Costco, Walmart, Sam's, or Bed Bath & Beyond. They have generous, consistent return policies, they are here to stay and easy to find, and they are courteous and don't need to scam-call as this business has been doing to me for the last two and a half weeks! They're not going to disappear, but My Pillow eventually will because it's just a fad, like every other late-night infomercial product. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Remember being taught that truism as a kid? Well, mom was right.

Review by Mary S.

4-25-15. Have called me out of the blue, about half dozen times this week... I am not their customer. Would never be their customer. Have never called them at all. This morning they called and woke me up before 8 a.m., calling me long distance from Minnesota, and although I said hello repeatedly, I could hear an open line and a man not near the phone, talking to someone else about how to fill out his order form for a pillow. Have left countless messages for callback, supervisor said she did get them but still they have not returned callback requests. Spoke to supervisor yesterday demanding they stop calling me. They heard me but there was no promise forthcoming that they would figure it out and stop. Today, they insisted on my name as well as number and when I said they didn't need my name, she said "I am hanging up on you now" and disconnected. I have wasted a considerable amount of money calling back the number on my caller ID, trying to get them to stop harassing and scamming me. Don't bother leaving your number, they won't keep their promise to call you back and won't fix the problem. I told them that this is the first time since last year that I felt the need to report someone to the Do Not Call list, which I did do this morning... Do not buy from this company, and don't bother trying to get them to stop phoning you, they won't stop and don't care. They are scammers and, judging by online complaints, have a mediocre product and lousy customer service, as well as unsolicited sales calls that they simply will not take responsibility for. They are discourteous, too. Personally, I also do not like the fact that this guy wears a huge, honking big cross outside his shirt and uses his religion as a sales tactic. I am not christian and his being christian, as you can see here, does not guarantee an honest company, a quality product or courteous concern about complaints. It's a non sequitur. And the contents of their pillows outgasses toxins, if you do your research. The reason I picked up this morning instead of ignoring the same Minnesota number they've called from before... 952-442-6199... is that I was in bed when their call woke me up without wearing my glasses. Avoid this business at all costs. Too many complaints about them online, the supervisor even said, "I am aware of them" but said nothing about trying harder to resolve complaints, including mine. They have cost me money, time, and as of this morning, sleep. I am not sure which is worst, waking me up, costing me money for return toll calls, or their calloused response and rudeness. If they bother you, report them to the Federal Do Not Call list and hopefully, if enough people complain, they will be forced to stop their illegal solicitations. Their "Jesus" would not behave in such an unethical manner. They need to put their money where their mouth is, the outgoing message promises the best service on the country, it's a bunch of hooey. The business owner is a carney, a scammer, who manipulates his audience in a variety of subtle ways late in the night on television. Be an informed consumer, take your money to an honest local store and buy a pillow that isn't toxic, a store that makes returns fast, easy, free and courteous. Sheesh!

My husband wanted to try this pillow as we both have problems sleeping. I am thankful that I went online to read these reviews. I thank all of you for being honest with your reviews because you have just saved me money. I usually purchase my pillows from Bed Bath and Beyond, and I think I will continue to do so.

My wife and I each got a MyPillow( Queen) and we are not happy with them at all. They cost way too much for what little quality is put in them. We were 13 days getting our shipment on them and had to make 5 calls, but the real let down was the pillows, we have nothing good to say about them!! I might expect this kind of quality if they were made in China, but not in the USA.........

I saw the infomercial last night and was considering buying this pillow looking forward to a better nights sleep. So glad I read the reviews! I think is such a disgrace that an American company can rip us off. I try to buy American made products whenever I can. SAME ON YOU my pillow.com

Thank you so much for the info about these pillows. I tried to order with the code as the code was to give me a free pillow, but I didn't order as the code did nothing to the dollar amount nor did it offer another pillow. It is a shame it's an US company and it is ripping us off but I am so happy that I decided to read the reviews on this site.
