I have been using this pillow for three years, ordered from the original site. I have the white but just ordered the green. Can not sleep without it and take it every where I go. It is expensive but I have a closet of pillows that did not work for me. Do not see how anyone could hate this pillow. I love it!! |

I have the my pillow for 50.00 from the store and watched the video to learn how to adjust it. I feel it was a big waste of time and the money could have paid for two maybe three other pillows. It never stays where you adjust it to. I has been the worst pillow I have ever had. I have tried lots of pillows and this one is way to high for what it is. Fiber fill seems to go flat after a year or so but at least it stays under your head when sleeping. I am a few days late of being able to get money back and contact is difficult for customer service. I would never buy it again. |

I feel like an idiot for purchasing this product. I had instantaneous severe headaches (outgassing from the cheap foam?), terrible neck ache, bad bad dreams. I purchased the product from a big pharmacy and when I called the "My Pillow" company, I was rudely informed that the $59 retail pillow was NOT the "premium" $89 pillow, which you purchase from the phone number on TV. Even though the box and literature had the inventor's photo all over the place! They said they could not refund my money. This is a big scam. The pillow is probably worth about 50-cents. There is nothing said on the tv commercial that tells you that the "As Seen On TV" product is NOT the same product that is ADVERTISED on TV! I would bet a week's salary that the TV "Premium" pillow is also crap. Do NOT buy this pillow. I think it is actually injurious to your health. |

I love mypillow! I took a chance and bought 5 of them for Christmas presents and one for myself. Now I'm planning to buy a couple more for my grandsons and another one for me. I really don't want to spend the night anywhere without it. |

Purchased mypillow and use a couple of times until I woke in middle of night being dizzy as I went to bathroom and a stiff neck.
I had neck surgery a couple of years ago and hoped this would help but for me it was terrible. The return process is not easy but got money back in about a month. |

The mypillow people are liars. they will not refund my money. They are nasty. I had order the extra soft per their instructions for people who use feather pillows and then emailed them and got no response on the return. then, called them and they won't exchange because they say it's 62 days and the warranty was 60. Well, I spent the last several weeks in massive pain on pain pills and at the chiropractor because of what this pillow did to my neck. The chiropractor said this pillow was the cause (when I took it to his office and he say the position in which it placed my neck all night long!) DO NOT USE OR BUY THIS - it will mess up your neck big time. I went back to my feather pillow and the symptoms are greatly reduced, but the damage is still there and I should get these people to pay for all my medical costs.
DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW!!!!!!!! Your neck, shoulders, and arms, and fingers could all go numb and be in terrible pain!!! It's not natural at all. |

I was excited to try this amazing pillow and looked forward to my 1st night of fantastic sleep. I am still waiting. This pillow is a Zero. It is actually LESS comfortable than the pillows I planned to replace it with! I would not suggest that you buy this pillow for yourself. You might however, consider this as a gag gift for a friend (a friend that does not actually need a good pillow). Kind of like a pet rock or a Cheapet. You get the idea. |
