Won't help out long term customer or stand behind product
Bought a brand new valve cover from HondaPartsNow.com ten months ago getting ready for 100,000 mile maintenance on my Honda S2000. Finally got there, so I opened the factory sealed valve cover for the first time two days ago and to my dismay found that it is literally cracked AND dented. Do not bother or waste your time!
I made a purchase with Genuine Parts Giant/Honda Parts Now on 4/4. My purchase was Subtotal-$185.97-Tax-$15.34-Shipping & Handling-$21.93-Total-$223.24. I received a prompt email confirmation stating my order was all good. Then on 4/9 after not receiving any shipping info which I thought was weird I called there customer service line and asked if my items have been shipped out yet... read more

Will not use again
Make sure you triple check what you need, they send one item without telling me that Honda no longer stocks it and it was superseded with a new part number that was far in appearance from a replacement headrest for my car. Now they want to charge a 20 percent restock fee for sending back yet they do not bother to send me what I really wanted. Love how they put the blame on the customer... read more

Wrong part / no refund
Befor order I ask to check compatibility with VIN of parts, and after I order them. For 4 parts, 1 was wrong. I send this part back. And now hondapartsnow blame me that I tampered this part! Worst service ever! They trying to fool me and do not refund!

Very Incompetent and unprofessional
I ordered three parts for a Honda Crosstour on their website. After 10 days, I got an email from them saying that I will need to pay extra $64 for shipping. I don't see why it took them that long to figure out that I need to pay an extra amount for shipping. Their customer service wasn't aware of what could be going on with the order. I call them on the phone, someone picks up and keeps me on hold for another 10 - 15 mins before he can give me answer of whats going on with my order... read more

The company claims to sell brand-new OEM parts that come from an official Honda dealership. Ordered some parts from them and the items that came were used ones and appear to be supplied by a junk yard. Spent lots of time trying to return them and I even didn't break the seals ( they came in plastic bags) and it is close to impossible to get RMA. The customer service is illiterate and inefficient;.. read more

Don't order from them.
When you have a problem with your order, they'll initially respond and then ignore you before fixing the problem. They sent me the wrong part and it would've been fine if they sent me the RMA they said they would so I could return the wrong item in exchange for the right one... read more
