Doesn't Negotiate Services
Unfortunately, we require ISNetworld to continue to receive contracts at an industrial facility. However, if you fall on harsh times, ISNetworld doesn't forgive a lapse in subscription fees and will immediately tack on $400 for reinstatement of your account. It's particularly useless outside of the facility that uses it. It's not lead us to any leads outside of the work we already have with that facility. Zero leads.

Sorry to have gotten involved
One of our clients asked us to subscribe to ISN Networld. We did - when getting into the process it was soon discovered that no matter what I submitted (2200 questions and many documents our tiny company is not required to have) Most everything, insurance dox, EMR, policy manuals were rejected. Lo and behols we get a call from a compliance company for a mere $2300.00 we could have that company get us to an A rating on the ISN site! Coincidence or Scam - I suggest you steer clear.

Contact the BBB
It was with much interest I read the comments here today. I was attempting to set up an account with ISN as we have a contractor that recently joined their list of clients. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did further research and we have decided NOT to subscribe. Please if you have had a bad experience I encourage you to go to the Better Business Bureau website and file a compliant there, it was the first place I looked after my day being wasted by these so called client service people. NO one has complained to the BBB, if we all start it will save others the trouble we all faced.

BS on a grand scale - or should I say, a Four Grand Scale!
I have one serviceman of 20 nationwide, who works on an ISN customer's machine. They came at renewal time to say, my category was wrong, and according to the OSHA 300A, we have 175 employees (Except for the 20 service guys, all in house!) and the fee quadrupled. In addition, I received a grade of F on the questionnaire, after honestly answering N/A on such unrelated subjects as LIFEBOAT DRILLS, METHANE EXPLOSIONS, etc, etc... read more

ISN is a joke!
Here's the real issue with ISN - the information uploaded into ISN is only as valid as the contractor says it is. ISN does NOT audit the contractors to verify accurate information. Therefore, the owner clients are getting smoke blown up their butt's. Question, if in fact a contractor has a major catastrophe on an owner clients work site, can ISN be held responsible? NO...... Say NO to ISN and educate your owner clients!

Shakedown artist
I have worked for some of my customers for 30+ years. Today I had a kid who I would bet is less than 30 years old tell me that if I want to continue working for them that I will have to pay ISNetworld $900.00. Sounds like the Mafia to me.

Take the money and run
They supply zero customer service - if you do have a problem, you talk to their agents and they say "oh, it's the system" while offering now way to correct it. They charge a ridiculous rate consider the contractor has to collect and load all of the information. Basically, the contractor feeds the data into their system and they just hold it. There's no real work here and for that, they charge a fortune... read more

Middle Man with no responsibility
A lot of the reviews say ISNetworld is a scam. It isn't actually a scam, but it is not what it advertises itself to be. It claims to make the interaction between large corporations and contractor/vendors a breeze. It doesn't. It has complicated the hell out of HSE issues and when something is off, ISN takes no responsibility and tends to claim that you, as the contractor, has done something wrong... read more

ISN fails at life
These people can't even add numbers together. They constantly "reject" insurance coverages because they no exactly ZERO about insurance or the basic things a 3rd Grader can do, like 2+2=4. Certificates are said to not provide the proper limits, and yet ISN never sees the Umbrella limits shown on the SAME EXACT CERTIFICATE! How can you say the insurance was reviewed when I can clearly see based on the "rejection" notices that ISN did not do anything they are paid to do... read more

More pointless ISN work
Just got socked with another round of ISNetWorld homework regarding OSHA. All they do is have their drones extract paragraphs directly out of the 29 CFR...then they get the customer to "approve" their new "requirement". (this is a passive process from the customer's standpoint.) Well, 29 CFR is already regulatory. We don't simply write our manuals to mimic 29 CFR, our manuals are task oriented on how compliance is performed... read more

ISNETWORLD is literally legalized extortion
If you look in a dictionary for "extortion" or "blackmail", then compare it to what ISNET does for a living, you will see a perfect match. I'm not kidding, and I'm not trying to be funny. I can't believe what they do is legal. There are companies out there that would rather lose business than deal with a customer who uses ISNET.

I hate these people with a passion
This a total rip-off. The hoops you have to jump through to comply with their reviews would drive any one mad. I HATE this company. Plus they charge you over $700.00 a year to use this crappy system, and you have to because they have scammed major corporations into thinking it will help them. If any of your clients tells you they are going to ISN, drop them and run.
